“I went to toby carvery and at the end you go and give your voucher and pay for extras and my voucher came up as already been used! It was so embarrassing.”

“Good food. The only down fall is that some staff are not polite when talking to the customers. Needs further training on customer service especially the old ones . They are rude”

“Voucher was an amazing deal but went to Toby at Metro Centre & from ordering 1 starter @ 12.10pm & still waiting 35mins later asked server if ok to queue for carvery as very hungry! Very little choice of veg in comparison to my local small Toby but did have 4 types of meat! Got seated & due to position of our table people queing for carvery were literally a rope divider apart from us & air con was above us blowing every perfume & aftershave from the queue straight onto our food! Needless to say we left our food & never orderd dessert inc in the voucher! Spoke to staff about it & met with giggles so waste of money!”
