“my reindeer's I finally got them due some technical glitch I know it's not Christmas but my front garden is going to look osume fan tastic on 25 December 2024 Due to the time I now longer have them assembled so sorry I can't let you see them sorry”

“The product was nothing like what we received Very small and no electric”

“They were self assemble the tools and fixing with it were very poor quality. We used our own. I had one set of lights not working and even though I contacted the company and they were “very sorry “ they have not replaced the lights or responded to my further email.”

“It wasn't Wowcher's fault but the ordered item never arrived because the Merchant used Evri as the courier. We live off the 'beaten track' and have always had a problem with Evri/Hermes not delivering. I guess they can't be bothered to deliver to people off the beaten track when they are short on time. But it does mean the Merchant did not use a national courier! Wowcher did their best to organise a full refund but did nothing to insist the merchant dispatch a replacement item with a good courier ... maybe Royal Mail, DPD etc. The thing is the item was Christmas dependant and there was no time to find another supplier and have the item delivered for Christmas decoration use. So Wowcher, if you want 5 stars make sure your merchants use good couriers and when the courier fails tell the merchant to dispatch another with a good courier and without delay.”
