“Arrived safe & in good order. However assembling the unit was an absolute nightmare! No instructions to follow, illustrations of the parts were so blurred it was very difficult to identify what they were. A lot of hit & miss went into putting it all together. It took hours to work it out, wasted a lot of trial & error time. Step by step instructions would be SO helpful! PLEASE!!’”

“i found the instructions pretty much useless and i nearly gave up on it as it felt quite flimsy when putting it together but when i eventually managed to put it together it seems ok. i have had things on it for 3 days now so i think it should be ok. i dare not move it though as i think it could fall apart !”
