“Received communication the day prior to delivery, not giving enough time to ensure someone was home. After changing my shift, parcel did not arrive. Emailed company asking where it was and they did not respond until I complained to wowcher, who then dealt with my complaint.”

“I did not receive this product. The company didn’t respond to my emails, they didn’t even answer the phone when I called. I am still waiting for refund to my bank. Having read the reviews of the company they use the excuse of blaming the courier every time. This was an extremely bad experience. Why wowcher use the here companies. Maybe a good way of keeping people’s money by issuing credit not refunds.”
