“From the moment we arrived at double tree hilton we were treated like stars staff couldn't do enough the afternoon tea was lovely with the glass of prosecco just rounded it off.”

“We enjoyed our tea. Surroundings were fine. Service was awful with only one server in attendance. We had not sat down and the sandwiches etc arrived. They were not finger sandwiches as advertised. The cakes were delicious apart from the choux which we both left. There was no vessel for used teabags or crusts from the sandwiches. There was no sugar on the table for the tea.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience. Been about 6/7 times now. Lovely selection of food. Staff all so friendly. Bottle of prosecco popped and poured for you.”
