“Absolutely wonderful place in Bury St Edmonds! We had luxury treatments and after care, wonderful swim, sauna, steam, changing rooms were immaculate! ALL the staff were amazing, really helpful, really polite, chatty, it was a wonderful experience and wonderful to relax with my mum! Thank you from both of us for a fantastic day”

“It was a lovely day all round and certainly I’d go again, but the only thing is that the spa area is used by regular gym goers and the public so don’t expect a very relaxed spa environment.”

“Not been for the experience yet but the booking was so stressful. I had to complete a form as it was for 2 wowchers. I was trying to book for Falkirk and they were giving me availability for Cardiff then the tried to downgrade our treatments and I had to screenshot the deal and send it to them to get what we actually bought and even at that I had to confirm 3 times and each time they asked the told me I could lose the booking at any time due to their live booking system. No matter what the spa day is like I won't be buying another Bannatyne wowcher”

“This was a lovely day. I enjoyed the facilities that were available and it was a relaxing day which was needed. Only issue was that one of the jacuzzi was not working, other than that it was all quite lovely. The staff I dealt with on the day were very friendly and enjoyed the cream tea. I used all the facilities which included the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool and had a lovely back and neck massage and facial. The young staff that provided the spa treatments were very professional and kind. I would most certainly visit again.”
