“I have attended Banatyne Spa Chafford Hundred quite a few times. Nice facilities and clean. I had Massages by two Therapist annoyingly I can't remember their names but the 1st Therapist was brilliant and gave me a Back Neck and Shoulder massage, I felt really relaxed. The 2nd Therapist gave me a Led and foot massage, the Leg massage was good but I did not enjoy being massaged with gloves on my feet it sounded horrible and didn't feel nice.”

“As soon as we arrived we had a lovely warm welcome, the facilities were wonderful, the pool, jacuzzi, steam room n sauna were a great combination to relax. I wasn't brave enough to brave the cold to use the hot tub! The back massage i had was lovely, I felt relaxed and energised when I left.”

“no local facilities to redeem voucher, the nearest spa to us was 70 miles away, no cream tea provided, facilities a little run down and my partner was scratched during the body scrub treatment so he has a small wound. Towels and slippers are not provided and cost 20 gbp per person”

“Didn’t get given £10 voucher . Offered butter or cream for scone don’t realise it was supposed to be cream tea. Massage was good but started 5 mins late and then waited 3 mins on couch before therapist reappeared”

“We have not used the ballentynes spa day yet so I can't tell you that is going to be.I hope it is good because it's a christmas present for my mum and dad.i couldn't get the vouchers to work after paying for them.i am still waiting for a call or email from ballentynes and wowcher to tell me what is confirmed and I have not had the gift packs .please could some one get back to me as I have no confirmation or any gift packs after paying 178.00 .But it looks very nice.”
