Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. “Very disappointed. Trimmer described as powerful but it didn’t tackle edging grass of no more than around 4 - 5 cm without cutting out. Totally useless”

“Not really suitable for edge cutting seems to stop working and doesn't have enough power fully charged as per instructions. I would not recommend.”
