“Very disappointed and embarrassed as I bought this for my husbands birthday The divine eye mask was a single use under eye patch with pictures of elves so clearly left over from Christmas Also never been to a spa where you had to pay 10 pound each for the use of a robe towel and flip flops Thoroughly disappointed”

“Not so much the spa experience but Wowcher themselves!!! My daughter missed the redemption date by two days because of extenuating circumstances ie. I was diagnosed with cancer, and they wouldn't let her extend it!!! I lost the full amount for what I thought would have been a nice break for her and her husband.....thanks wowcher, never again!!!!”

“Couldn't relax in relaxation room for banging from the gym in the next room, apparently weights being dropped. The treatment on my back massage was cold , I expected it would be warm, usually is !!!”
