“I bought 2 separate vouchers, it proved very difficult to use both vouchers on the same day for my daughter and I. Bannantyne staff were very helpful in the end. I wouldn't say it was half a day experience just a couple of hours.”

“I tried to book for my half term , but voucher didn’t work. After numerous attempts I realised I’’d missed a deadline by a few days , so disappointed I couldn’t go with my friend . It was a treat I bought us for Christmas, but never seemed to get together to sort a date .”

“It took a long time to book the date for my spa as Bannatyne were saying the voucher wasn't valid and when finally they accepted it and booked our spa day, they cancelled the day before, I'm still waiting for another date to be booked”
