“Faulty product. Leaks in 2 places. Have contacted wowcher for money back but haven’t had confirmation They said I would be referred to company but link only told me where to return it from. I’m not prepared to pay for p& p and haven’t heard from company so extremely dissatisfied. Have video of leak on my phone but not the know how to include. Would appreciate quick resolution”

“Hose ok had difficulty ordering it on line ordering process found confusing with £20 here and £18 there then redeem wowcher I.ve ordered from qvc/ideal world/easy life over the last 25 years + never had a problem so I will not be ordering anything again website to confusing for me oap”

“Light weight gives good pressure but is difficult to put away using the very cheap and poorly made storage. And it kinks constantly can see why it's only £6”

“The hose is ok but the reel is frankly very flimsy and almost impossible to wind hose back in. Just became very twisted and stuck however carefully it was wound. Kept hose as a spare as was cheap and not worth sending back but thrown out the reel.”

“Absolutely rubbish. Outer casing snapped off. You can't attach the hose as it's too close to the casing. Once the case snapped the hose doesn't unravel which stops you watering the garden. Don't buy”

“Useless. Cannot use while on the reel. Cannot get back on the reel after use. Very hard to use as constantly kinks and cuts off the water supply! Contacted seller but no answer! Save your money”
