Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. “I received my mystery box in very good time, but I was disappointed with the contents. It's a great range of products, but there was a scent in the box that smelt like it had gone off, and it had spilt over all of the rest of the contents, so I had no choice that to throw everything away, which was really frustrating I am sure I would have been happy with the box should the accident not happen in the box, but the stinky perfume that spilt over everything was a real disappointment”

“I can not comment on this product as to date, I still have not received this. It was stated that I would arrive by 5th November. I had bought this for a birthday present that was yesterday, so feeling very disappointed and frustrated. Has put me off buying from Wowcher and can say, I probably won't be back or recommeding the site to anyone. It is annoying also that when you purchase something you have to go in and redeem the code and then pay for p&p on top. For people who are not computer literate, this would put them right off. It would be much better that when you do purchase something you do just that, buy and then it is sent out. Sorry Wowcher..you've lost a customer.”
