“Unfortunately I have not received my beauty box to this day. Over a week late & still waiting. I have been intouch with the business & they say its because of the back log of orders but I have been waiting over 3 weeks. Not happy.”

“DO NOT BUY! It's a waste of money. They don't know the meaning of "Luxury". They have duplicated several items, they are cheap and how there's supposed to be 15 items, one of them is a 65% off your first order card from HELLO FRESH. VERY DISSATISFIED, I've sent it back for a refund. I have a photo but can not attach it, as it will not allow me to submit my review.”

“I have ordered and paid for 3 of these, plus 3 lots of postage, still not been delivered 3 weeks later. I have read lots of reviews, all of them are awful! Not sure how these companies get away with it!”

“I bought two boxes, one for myself and one to give as a Christmas present. What you get for your money is well worth the spend! There were two items that were dupplicated, but thats ok, as they are mini items they will allbe used. Very happy with this purchase.”

“The products supplied are good (according to my wife), but I expected the mystery luxury beauty box to actually come in a box (as shown in the image). Instead, it just came in a regular brown packaging box.”

“Not as advertised, very disappointed with contents, they are things that would hardly be used eg, 2 packs of nipple cream, damaged packaging on the face cream box, no Prada or Laura Ashley noticed in there and only in a brown cardboard packaging box they were sent in! Have returned.”

“Ordered 2 box’s. Arrival time was good but in one box I only had 14 items. In the other only 13. And some products were duplicated. So I had 3 of the same. Two of the same etc. not too pleased”
