“We received the delivery and the box was all caved in , it did not look like the items was damaged , but we are having a problem with some of the settings , so can only use the air fry setting and not baking roasting etc , EO1 keeps showing then turns off”

“Taking a bit of getting used to, but so far, have made several good meals. Especially good for cooking your own chips and fish. Having 2 drawers which can have different temperatures is ideal. So far, very pleased.”

“I haven’t switched on the air fryer as one of the baskets does not restart back into the fryer without exerting exsessive force. Customer service are at present hopefully sorting the return process and refund. Obviously this review doesn’t comment on the air fryer in use so not sure how helpful this will be to other customers. customer services sort my problem successfully”
