“The machine arrived and is in great condition. The machine itself does what it says - linked to the wi fi on second attempt, logged into Google Chrome and so on. I've not been able to get skype onto it yet, and if anyone knows what word processors might work on it, I would be most grateful. But so far so good!”

“Received this item on time as stated in the advert there are some marks on the laptop and some damage to the screen only seems when in white colour, also the charger plug is loose and keeps falling out! There is one more issue the Microsoft update system is stating that there are no more updates for this model ? The laptop works fine everything seems to work ok only time will tell, not sure if the right decision to buy refurbished?. Also Wowcher was offering a 10 % discount at the time I applied it at the checkout but when time to pay it was taken off, feel a bit robbed.”

“I was a little disappointed because the laptop is heavy and clearly rather old. It flags up when turned on that there are no further updates for this model and gives options including recycling the laptop. It was a good price but perhaps I should have paid more and bought a new one. Hopefully it will do what I need it to do as I don't often use a laptop since my retirement and do most of my banking and purchases via my mobile phone.”

“What you see is what you get, a refurbished laptop BUT very few signs of ware and tear , ideal for a cheap 2nd family laptop as they say " it does what it says on the tin " no issues with my purchase .”

“Sent wrong charger jack so I cannot get it to charge up. I've had to buy extra Jack's for it. Cost me £10 to replace them.”

“Not happy at all when reading the info on it it said year 2020 so according to a website for Acer it states that you will receive updates for ten years. Got the computer switched it on and it says no more updates available for this computer. I sent an email to Orion computers and explained about the updates and also I got no warranty and user manual. This was nearly two weeks ago and I haven't had any response for them. I'm disgusted.”
