“Very disappointed! When you sit on the edge of the mattress be prepared to hear the springs buckle, I’m 9 stone wet through and manage to squash the full mattress down to not far off the base. It was bought to replace my old mattress but i would have been better off keeping it. Far too much hassle attempting to return it so I am now going to have to buy a firm mattress topper and hope for the best. Medium to firm? Certainly isn’t !”

“The mattress arrived earlier than planned,so was pleased with that and when unpacked my granddaughter was very pleased with the mattresses lovely and comfy”

“Mattress was very thin. No structure to it. Can feel the springs. Sold as firm but is not firm in the slightest. Very disappointed”
