“The mattress Definitely isn’t an orthopaedic mattress as described it is extremely poor quality and I can feel the base of my bed on my back when I lie on it.”

“The mattress I received is nothing like the picture,it is a cheap mattress very soft you can hear the spring when you sit on it and feel them through the other side of the mattress,with a cool touch topper that seems to make you sweat. Disappointed, seen as the reviews all rated it 4* or above. The sevice I can't fault though that's what the 2 * are for”

“Came rolled up vacuum packed, can squeeze it with 1 hand to about an inch or 2,had to just put it on top of old mattress as a temporary measure until I get another new 1, very disappointed”
