“Pillows were not wrapped properly in a very small bag. The bag was torn in transit and 3 of the pillows arrived dirty. Tried to get them either replaced or refunded and received very poor customer service. It was the first time I tried Wowcher and it will be the last. I think I will stick to Groupon.”

“I haven't received the order and neither wowcher or the merchant have responded to my emails. Very poor service on both parts. I will not be ordering anything from wowcher again.”

“The pillows are good, but service was absolutely terrible!! I paid extra for next day delivery, and didn't turn till 4 days later, so got totally ripped off £5.00 sent E Mails only to get ignored. Still even now my messages have never been acknowledged... Shocking service!!!!”
