“The bed I ordered on 1st June was delivered to me today, 24th June, in good condition. However, I only give Wowcher one star because their way of doing business is totally unacceptable to me: after I paid for the bed, I did not receive any notifications from the company about the status of the goods I bought, customer support was zero, it was impossible to establish any contact with them via email, sms, phone call, simply every attempt was in vain. Having looked for a way to get in touch with them I discovered that there was a voucher which, when I opened it, informed me that I needed to pay approx £40 for delivery. When I bought the bed I wasn't told that I needed to pay extra for delivery, which certainly wouldn't have some serious influence on my decision to buy it, although £40 is really too much! I certainly had a very bad experience and will certainly never work with this company again and wouldn't recomend them to anybody!”
