“Ordered for delivery 26th June at the latest , up to now 5th July all i have is a divan base. Communicate terrible Husband stayed up of nights for first delivery date after 2 hours over due time i had to ring up to find out not loaded due to damage (no call/text/email) had to wait another week for delivery to be in the area 3rd July for only the base to arrive (no mention of split delivery) rang for update to be advised due 5th July rang again to be told no it is the 9th July so we will see if it arrives then. The service has been bad most of cummunication has been with delivery company and to be fair their automated updates are accurate when it is actually on the van.Sent an email to the company for the bed to complain as i didnt feel i should be paying a delivery charge for something that was taking so long to come for them to totally ignore that part of the email and just tell me they were delighted to advise when the replacement would be delivered (still no mention of a split delivery) Not impressed at all just hope the bed is great when we eventually get it all”

“Worst customer service ever still waiting for the mattress I have sent 2 complaints neither have been responded to. Half an order received after charging me £39.99 delivery. Will never use the company again. My son has been sleeping on a floor for nearly 3 weeks now. Company not at all interested in helping me. Trying to speak to someone regarding solving the matter is a joke. Avoid at all costs.”

“Arrived on time, dlivered by friendly courier. Well wrapped and exactly as described. The bed is well made and the mattress is very comfortable. Great value. I was kept informed about delivery”
