“Awful customer service from the merchant, wowcher and delivery company. The fact that I had to deal with three companies when I ordered through one is ridiculous. I ordered a bed, after having to contact the above three companies myself to arrange a delivery date, no one turned up, no reason, no call, to be told they have rearranged it when I am away. All I want is my money back but I’m having to fight for it, causing a huge amount of stress. Previous messages are clearly not read, so the same answers are given all the time, very poor.”

“Paid for speedy delivery still not arrived and was supposed to be delivered by 6th April 2023 after paying extra for a speedy delivery cant get a response from wowcher and the merchant will not refund delivery cost would not recommend if your in a rush”

“Very disappointed.Mattress described as orthopaedic and 10 inch deep it was only 7.5 inches deep and was NOT an orthopaedic mattress, which was confirmed for me by an NHS nurse.Either you are conning the customer or your supplier is conning you. If i don’t receive mattress as described or a partial refund I will be contacting The Trading Standards Authority.”
