“Unfortunately I ordered this on the 10/10/24 and I still have not received it . It is now 25/10/24 7pm . No delivery only passed customs yesterday no actual delivery date still . Due date was 17/10/24”

“Ordered thinking it was a vacuum. It's not It's just a sweeper. I haven't used. I've donated it to charity. Totally my mistake, as it does say sweeper and doesn't mention vacuum. I wrongly thought they were all actual vacuums.”

“Not very effective, to be honest. Doesn't mop very well, and certainly doesn't sweep. Steam comes out of the top only, making it a glorified moving humidifier!”
