“Keeps getting stuck on carpet edging and goes under the carpet and will also get stuck on furniture. Not as good as I thought it would be?”

“Do not buy!!!! This does not ‘mop’ your floor!!!! It at best is a DUSTER!!! It’s rubbish and they refuse to pay postage to return it!!!! Please don’t waste your money”

“Thought I was buying a steam mop! Instead it’s a sweeper that does not pick up bits unless it gets stuck to the clothe and the steam comes out the top like a humidifier!!! I will use it to dry the floor after I've mopped the floor”

“Unfortunately I cannot say whether it is good or not as I’ve not received it!!…the deliver by date has gone and when I try to track the package it says it’s was accepted by Evri gateway and no other updates after that… I try to contact the supplier as directed to be told it is with the courier and to email again once the delivery date has passed (already had when I emailed the company)…can’t co tact Evri as no one answers the phone and the chat bot keeps asking for the tracking number which seems to be classed as wrong every time I put it in?!!….so I guess I’ve lost out this time.. i have never had trouble with buying through wowcher before so I know it’s not their fault”
