“The worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. The company had the wrong address when they got the proper address no-one knew where the parcel was, eventually it was found and when delivered packaging was damaged, then the mattress smelled dirty and damp. I had to get my carer to clean it twice and I had to sleep on my chair for a week. I am disabled and suffer chronic pain and this experience made me very ill. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!”

“Came rolled up in a vacuumed pack. Opened it out and the left it for 24 hours to allow foam and springs to settle down. Very comfortable.”
