“Having purchased a Genesis BBQ from WOWBBQ I decided to purchase a precision set along with grill brush and skewers. The initial delivery was on time but once again there was a missing item. I chased it and was told they had forgotten to pick it and it would be sent. The order was placed on the 16th, today is the 24th. Still no skewers and despite having sent an email chasing it still no response. Communication really lets this company down”
