“I had a real cheapo barrel smoker for a year and had to modify like mad to get it to do anything sort of properly. I then was undergoing radiotherapy and to keep my spirits up I took the plunge and bought the 47cm WSM. I am absolutely please as can be with it. It is so easy to set up and maintain the temperature I need with very few adjustments needed during the smoke. My longest hs been about 6 hours and only used about half the briquettes that I started with. Once finished I simply close all vents and the coals extinguish themselves and can be re-used the next time. I was so happy with it I went and bought a 47cm Kettle plus BBQ as well. I'm hooked.”
