“The information provided in the website at the time of purchase stated the cover fits Weber E 220, which was wrong. The description has since been edited in their website, but I’m left with a cover that doesn’t fit.”

As explained in our recent email correspondence: the information on our website has not been changed, at no point did it state that the cover you purchased was compatible with the BBQ you have.
On the contrary it explains that it is not compatible with your BBQ, i'm sorry that you missed this when you made your purchase. It is not in our interests to mislead customers. We would never seek to do so.
In an effort to resolve this matter we have offered you a full refund for the cover, all we ask is that you post it back to us.
Whilst I am sorry that you are so unhappy here, I do feel that the one star rating you have given is very unfair, this is a great product - it just doesn't fit your BBQ.
