“We already own one - and it works fine. My only advice to Weber would be to provide a second movable steel grille to allow food cooking to slide or rotate to find the hot spot over the charcoal. It is often tricky to get coals to burn or heat evenly across the whole unit. However that is maybe more of a problem with disposable BBQ's !”
“I purchased a 47cm Weber basic BBQ. It arrived on the next day late in the afternoon which was a Friday. On opening the box and assembling the BBQ the lid handle was completely missing from the package. A little odd as the box had not been tampered with or opened. I called WOWBBQ first thing on the next morning (saturday), the person I spoke was abit surprised and I got the feeling he did not believe me. Anyway he said he would send a replacement that day. I asked how and he confirmed by Royal Mail first class. Nothing arrived Monday and nothing Tuesday post. So I called WOWBBQ again and they said it had been sent. Again the conversation was not friendly and no apology for their mess-up. The handle arrived on the Wednesday by courier sent Tuesday afternoon. I rest my case.”
