It’s always a real downer for us when we see that a customer has left us a negative review online without first giving us an opportunity to help.
To address your comments, our prices are typically the lowest online for Weber products (which are of extremely high quality). You’ve stated that the product that you have purchased from us is defective, if this is the case then we can have this replaced for you under warranty.
