“Only used once but loving it. Versatility of the grill and coal arrangements means a lot of control and food results. Read the instructions and use good quality charcoal, you can't go wrong!”

“Bought this 57cm GBS Master-Touch to compliment my Oklahoma Joe Highland Offset which is great but what I needed was a unit that was a little smaller, for when there is just 2/4 people to cook for. Had various BBQ's over the years but these work the best for me, well made, though the legs could be made of sturdier metal! They do work very well as a small smoker and are of course way easier to control, heat wise, than an offset which means they are consistent and more fuel efficient and you can always get spares. The only niggle would be there are no ports to allow the insertion of independent food and temp probes? Why? Yes it has a probe on the lid but to be honest that's as good as useless when I need to know what the meat and or the coals are doing at grill level! Annoying when one remembers that Webber actually sell a silicone plug that allows those very probes to be inserted through the wall of the kettle! But Webber expect the buyer to do a DIY job having purchased the plug and cutting tool! Come on Webber get you're act together. Overall I think the BBQ is a good buy, if a little expensive when looking at some of the build materials, and I would recommend this model as a general grill/smoker.”
