“We were told the rug would take 7-10 days to reach your UK warehouse. We were told it arrived on 22/12 and that it would be sent out 23 Dec with next day delivery, which was important as we needed it for Xmas. However, then someone “Created Label” in the UPS system but didn’t arrange the collection! Then your company entirely shut down until 4th January (whereas most businesses had some staff in between Xmas and NY and just a skeleton staff could have handed out the UPS collections) so we complained and we were assured it would be sent on the 4th to arrive on the 5th. It is now 10th January and it still hasn’t been delivered to us. Terrible service and a series of broken promises. In 3 days it will be a month since our order was confirmed.”
