“Pathetic Customer Service Rug Ordered OK, Delivery by UPS failed as I was out at the time and there was over £7 owing on the parcel, The UPS tracking information was not available on the system so I contacted woven, to resolve the issue, despite assurances that they would get the rug delivered nothing happened, i attempted to contact woven after 2 days and waited on the phone for over 15 minutes over a period of 10 days I rang every day did online chats left messages nothing. I felt that the company must have gone out of business. After well over 2 weeks UPS contacted me direct to collect the parcel, I had to drive 50miles to collect and pay the customs fee. I will never use Woven again. Pathetic”
