“The rug didn't look right in my house. I therefore had to return it. The organisation of the return was completely left to me, with no help at all from Woven. As you can imagine it was a big bulky item and I had to find a courier who would take it, which was not easy. It was sent to a warehouse address. I didn’t receive any sort of confirmation from them to say the item had been received and I had to contact them to confirm that it had and to enquire about my refund. I would have preferred it if Woven had handled the return process, rather than leaving it all to me. This has put me off buying again.”
