“Avoid this company. Don't be fooled by their too good to be true sale offers they use to entice customers. I paid for a rug only to be told that it miraculously got lost in the post and if I wanted a replacement I would have to pay full price. What a joke. How can a 3 meter long rug get lost in the post? Highly suspicious behaviour from a company. When I threatened to report them to trading standards they said they would send me a replacement rug which I waited almost 2 months for but unfortunately never got delivered. I tried calling woven several times a day and emailed them countless times only to be met by silence. This must have been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Eventually I got a refund. What a waste of time and energy. Don't be fooled. Stay away from this company.”
