“The delivery time was terrible. I had to chase and enquire when when the the rug would be arriving. Finally when I got a response it still took another week on top of that. When the red arrived the corners and the rug was faulty. Communication with the the customer service team was slow. I finally managed to return the rug myself to the warehouse, as I was not offered a free returns label even though the product was faulty. And then had to chase for my refund for a couple of weeks after that!”
