“Numerous emails and telephone calls to the company and couriers failed to get us any closer to knowing when we might receive our rug despite being told twice that the couriers had it and should be delivered within the next few days. Tracking details were never recognised and we never received the rug. On the plus side, we did receive a refund when requested which saved us from pursuing it through PayPal and the staff were polite. We understand times are difficult but good communication with your clients is key not only for Woven but DX their current courier of choice. We were sad not to get our rug of choice and have now ordered elsewhere.”
