“I ordered a rug and 3 weeks later I am still having to chase it. I decided to buy from you due to the competitive price and free delivery and yet it's false advertising as it appears you take people's money with no intention of delivering within the 5-7 days as you state You cannot get through to speak to anyone via phone ( I've tried for about a week every lunchtime!) And emails are responded to with vague replies. It's much better to be open with customers, perhaps put your delays on your website rather than taking money and then for us as your customers wondering where our orders are My order is 30339, I've been told today my rug is back in stock the 11th march, it'll be two months from payment before I receive my goods which is shocking service I have done a review on trust pilot which you responded to, but I will take this to trading standards if I do not receive my rug soon as using covid isn't good enough.”
