“Your customer service is appalling. Your phones are never answered and phone messages are not responded to. You sent me the wrong tracking number for my rug then didn’t answer any of my messages by phone or email, trying to confirm a delivery date. The rug did not arrive on the date you FINALLY gave me. When it did arrive, we weren’t happy with the quality. I’ve since tried to phone you several times - no one answers. Ive sent emails asking clearly for a returns number, as specified in your returns policy. Several have gone unanswered, but I got one response simply confirming that the item had been delivered. I’m writing this while waiting for your phone to be answered - now 10 minutes on hold so I’m putting the phone down and will try YET another email. Then I’m going to get my credit card company involved and give you a shocking review on social media. Not good enough, guys.”
