Wolf Garten Multi-ChangeĀ® Leaf Rake 42cm Reviews

4.7 Rating 25 Reviews
There's nothing wrong with the delivery service, the problem is with the product itself. I cannot understand why there are so many positive reviews for these tools. I am having to replace half of the things I've bought on account of breakage from metal fatigue and poor design. The hand fork's prongs bent and eventually broke, as did the metal alloy handle on the trowel. Don't try using these tools on compacted soil because they are not up to it. Another flaw is that some of the release buttons are on the ends of handles, making them unwieldy. The springtime rake is heavy and I have only used it once, preferring to stay with my trusted old rake which not only collects leaves but scarifies and collects moss as well. I have window cleaning gear from Wolf Garten as well, again not well designed. Their weed extractors are alright but expensive when you add in the cost of the handle. The bayonet multi-change system is not very well engineered in that there is a certain amount of movement when in place. This is irritating and kind of cacky when you are using these tools every day. I have never seen professional gardeners using this equipment and I understand why. It has been an expensive mistake as I am now making incremental replacements.

A very useful tool, did a grand job as raked dried moss too so I am hoping for a healthier lawn next spring. Have used 3 consecutive days to cover the whole lawn and noticed this morning that I have a red patch on my right hand between thumb and index finger, not a blister but will have to protect with stronger gloves next time.
