“I purchased the manual soil cultivator. The product page stated that the item was for "crumbling, loosening and aerating soil and crumbles soil into a fine tilth for sowing seeds or planting." I had no such experience with this item and was bitterly disappointed with it. When I tried getting information on returning the product, I was told that because it was used, a refund would not be possible. Now I am stuck with a totally useless item in my view.”

As explained via email, despite the product not meeting your expectations, we know that this product does perform as advertised. You have not notified that this item is damaged or broken so therefore it is not subject to a refund (as it has been used/is unfit for resale as new).
