“so i decided to try woowoo’s hair removal cream, and i absolutely regret it . i am in agony; parts of my labia are burnt and have been bleeding, and the cream only touched my labia for a few seconds. i washed it off straight away as it was horribly painful straight away. i’ve even been to the toilet and had a wee and i actually cried with how much it stung because my whole vagina is on fire and bleeding. i’ve never ever had this issue with other brands of hair removal cream, i’m actually shocked as woowoo promote this brand to be all natural and “kind” to your vagina . i can tell you now; my vagina is not enjoying this “kindness”
i’m actually appalled and have no idea how to even treat my vagina to soothe the pain, or to even wee !

“It smells good, not like hair removing cream of the early 00s. It did a great job on most of the hair on my mons and labia but I have been left with a bit of a stingy area where maybe I scrubbed a bit too hard?? The soothing balm is lovely but I was burning a little right after even with the balm, despite doing a patch test first. I’m going to try again another time because I think the burning might be the fact I used a bit of a rougher sponge than is necessary. Where the cream worked is really smooth, with just a couple of awkward places that has a bit of stubble.”
“Have now been left with a sore bikini line, hurts to touch and looks like a chemical burn??? Left on for the time it states on the packaging and it didn’t even remove any hair! Disappointed”
“I'm very inexperienced in the practice of shaving pubic hair. Thought I'd try this as it seemed simple enough for me. Patch test was fine. So tried on my nether regions and surprisingly considering my long thick hair it came off after about 6 mins. Downside the smell is horrid, some hair is like stubble and everything stings down there. The application process is awkward, and I did my best to avoid hairless areas but the area still burnt. Peeing is practically impossible at the moment.
I will use it again but I feel there needs to be more warnings and an aftercare item (like you get with the wax strips) either included or have advice on a leaflet/the box as now I have no idea how to treat it.”
“I can’t shave or wax, always end up with red bumps or ingrown hairs. This stuff works like a dream, left it on for 10 mins, as my hair is coarse (and redhead) also have sensitive skin, it removed everything and didn’t irritate me, and not as strong a chemical smell as most hair removal creams. I will be using this from now on! Thank you Woo Woo!”
