“I bought this product after seeing it on social media. I have very sensitive skin so read all reviews to see how it worked for other. Don't use this if you have sensitive skin!!! It has left me bleeding and unable to use the bathroom without extreme pain! I'm hoping it goes away soon! It did remove the hair but it absolutely isn't worth the pain!”
“I never leave reviews and I have to say I was sceptical about this as I have used the likes of veet in the past and it has been awful. But WooWoo doesn't have an awful smell and really does make you so smooth. I have really thick dark hair but still worked wonders!”
“First time using this! Did everything the box said, put it on the first time and was sceptical as I have tried all the other stuff similar (e.g veet) I was always left with burns. Put it on and followed the box. I have thick hair too. It took off the hair that I applied a heavy coat too, no burning or anything! I had to put on a second coat on the parts that I didn’t put a heavy enough coat onto. Even with a second coat still no burning at all, I’m smooth.
Things to be aware of :
1. The smell is a STRONG ASS fish smell ngl.
2. May need a second coat, watch this coat carefully and if it starts to look red or stings take off IMMEDIATELY.
3. Use a gentle cloth to wipe away hair, circular motions and not your hand, it won’t take all the hair off properly in the shower and will leave your bathroom all hairy if you don’t when drying.
4. My skin was a little sensitive after, don’t use body wash after just thoroughly wash with warm water and a gentle body wash if you feel like you need it. Be aware of anything that can irritate skin (e.g lace, SUPER tight clothes, heavy and sweaty materials)
5. Give it a few hours for your skin to rest and settle, you’ve just stripped it so be gentle with it.”
“Please do not waste your money on this product if you have thick hair.
It may, I repeat may work if you have very fine fair hair.
Patch test done. Followed the instructions..... it left me looking like I had mange!
It removed very small patches and turned the inside of my thigh bright red. Whatever hair was left was matted.
Needless to say, I had to shave and doubled my workload.”
“I was really looking forward to using this but unfortunately it didn't work as well as i hoped. The area was properly covered and left for 6 minutes as instructions said. Less than half of the hair came off & I was left stubly & red, had to use the razor to get the rest off :( Thankfully there was no pain or itching during the process so top marks for that, just needs to be stronger for the stubborn hair!”
“Definitely wouldn't recommend this product. I did a patch test and followed the instructions word for word and within 30 seconds of applying it the stinging was unbearable. Ended up sticking with my trusty razor!”
“I never write reviews, but I couldn’t NOT. What is this stuff cause it’s definitely not hair removal cream? It did absolutely nothing, at all. I may as well have put yogurt on myself and waited 6 minutes.. convinced all the good reviews on here are fake, either that or you guys have hair made of rice paper that dissolves when it gets wet. Pleeeeeease don’t waste your money, cause you’ll just be stood in the shower all naked and angry trying to reach of a razor instead. The only positive is it didn’t burn, like other hair removal creams do, but it also didn’t do anything else.. so...?”
