“Tried this once so far and not overly impressed. Followed instructions and left on for around 3-5 mins and hardly touched my leg/noon hair. Tried the same on my underarms and it worked really well however has left them really red and sore. Not really sure how to rate this, will try again and leave on for longer but probably won’t be putting it on my underarms again !”
“I applied it as said on the packaging, and did a patch test too. It was fine for a minute and then my bikini line began to feel like it was on fire. I tried to wash it off ASAP and it still felt that it was burning. After I got out the shower I dried and applied the soothing balm hoping it would help and it made it even worse. It's 2 hrs later and it still hurts.”

“I used this for the first time a couple of nights ago and really impressed. I have been getting waxed for more than 10 years and really been struggling through lockdown as having to shave which not only takes ages but leaves me really itchy the next days, plus starts growing back quite quickly. I was really dubious as used veet before and it didn’t work on my hair and burned. My final resort was using this. I applied with my fingers rather than the little plastic applicator and put it everywhere but left my usual landing strip. I followed as per instructions but ended up leaving on for a couple more minutes as my hair is very thick and stubborn. Then I washed it off and using my sponge, the hair magically came away! Really impressed and not even patchy. It hasn’t started growing back yet, which it would have with shaving. I am also not itchy at all. So glad I finally found this product! “I have extremely thick, dark hair down there and a lot of it (thanks PCOS!) I also have sensitive skin. I’ve never been able to tame it before apart from a bit of shaving round the edges without eventually causing severe irritation. HOWEVER this cream allows me to be as smooth as I like, precise enough for me to leave a little landing strip, and doesn’t irritate my skin. 10/10 product thanks so much Woo Woo!!”
“I used this and about a couple of minutes of it being on I could feel a burning sensation but wasn’t that bad. After I took it off it started to burn even more. 3 hours later its getting worse and I’m in a lot of pain down there. Will not be buying this again and definitely don’t recommend.”
