“Removal cream just left me with patches of hair even when left on the maximum time and it did sting when applied on the pubic area would not recommend as I just have to shave afterwards anyway!
The soothing balm however is brilliant so I would recommend that product!”
“I didn’t have high hopes at first…but thought I’d give it a whirl as no hair removal product has ever ticked every box for me, and I’ve always been left with excess hair or a rash/reaction due to having sensitive skin.

“I have suffered with painful and ugly ingrown hairs and shaving rash for years and had just recently tried waxing - but just can't take the pain (as well as the subsequent ingrown hairs!) so I was excited to come across Woo Woo on Instagram with a promise to make me 'dolphin smooth'.
I purchased the hair removal and soothing balm bundle and got to work.
The hair removal cream has a subtle scent unlike other hair removal creams and I was pleased that I could use it all over, safely.
I followed the instructions and timings but after the first attempt, I was still left with stubble.
I contacted Woo Woo and they suggested leaving it on a little longer. I tried again and left the cream on for about 8 minutes - still stubble and therefore ingrowing hairs.
I tried a third time (obviously leaving time in between) but still the same.
Unfortunately for me, the cream does not work. Maybe my hair is too coarse (I wouldn't say I'm a particularly hairy person or have very dark hair) but maybe it doesn't suit the texture of my hair.
I am still left with painful and unsightly ingrowing hairs so will not be purchasing again. However, I have given still 3 stars though as it is easy to use, it smells pleasant enough, didn't sting like other hair removals have done and the soothing balm is nice.”
