“I fancied building a car for some time, and decided to give it a go - some discussion and explanation while buying it in-store, and after that just followed the instructions - all went well and after one day fully complete and working, few issues calibrating the controller and trimming the steering. Overall very happy with the service and the car - not as difficult as it looks, but there are alot of items so keep them all together in jars so you don't loose anything during the build - totally recommend it”

“This was the first ever r/c car kit I've built and at first it does seem quite daunting. However, sort all the screws out before you begin into the different types and you'll save yourself a lot of time. It took me, in total, about 7 hours (over a couple of days) but I certainly wasn't rushing. Once built, I took it outside and the wheel fell off! However, that was due to me forgetting to tighten one of the wheel nuts. Before you start, go around and ensure everything is nice and tight. It's a great looking car and is really fast, my son loves it and I now want to buy another one for me! One other point is about Wonderland Toys. Firstly, when I ordered this it came the very next day. Next, during the build I was confused about a couple of things so I emailed them, I got a response very quicky even though it was about 6pm just after Christmas! So, in summary, I can not only highly recommend this kit but also Wonderland Toys.”

“This is a great RC car and reminds me of one my pal had over 20 years ago. I bought it because it requires assembly and I figured i would learn about RC cars as a result. I did! Having two sons it will also be well used over the years. It is great fun to drive and is very fast. If you can I would recommend upgrading to the faster charger and buy a spare battery.”

“This was an xmas present for my 11 year old son, its ideal, the batteries last ages, at least 20 minutes, the kit has everything needed, & took about 4 hrs to build. It is not suitable for an 11 year old to build though, & at first looks a little complicated, but once started the instructions are easy to follow. The car itself is pretty quick & robust, it may not be cutting edge, but for the price its a bargian. Delivery was next day, the service cant be faulted.”
