“Purchased the item as a gift. The ordering, delivery and packing were beyond excellent. The house itself is strong and sturdy, very manageable to construct and it is a beautiful product. Had one slight issue with a piece on front of house as it had a tiny area which had a little paint missing, this is where excellent customer service came in, after a quick call I was assured of an extra piece being ordered and sent out for replacement. It duly arrived as promised and I had nothing extra to do but replace the part. Everything Wonderland did for me. An excellent service and brilliant product.”
