“I was a little disappointed. I was expecting the flowers to be in an actual pot as shown in the picture above, but they were in a hat box. Otherwise, they were beautiful.”

“The arrangement was very nice, my sister liked it. I would have liked to upgrade to a few more flowers but there wasn’t anywhere in the email to do that. Otherwise the arrangement was satisfactory. Thank you”

“The recipient was thrilled with the "absolutely beautiful flowers". A great option for those with young children/grandchildren often in the house. It was fabulous to know they wouldn't have to worry about finding an attractive, stable vase/container to put their flowers in, & the arrangement was just the right size to display out of reach of grasping hands.”

“I have always used Williamson over the years and been very happy with everything. On this occasion I am very disappointed. I ordered the lovely hat box with pastel flowers for a very sad occasion. What was delivered was a hand tied bunch of flowers in bright colours. Williamson’s did replace these with the hat box the following day but it was too late as the meaning behind my expensive gesture was lost and I was very stressed by the whole thing so on this occasion I am not happy. And The swap over of flowers the following day made it worse for my relatives. Never again.”
