“Bag is lovely but the cross body strap that came was a completely different colour to bag leather. Sent pics and called company and they were absolutely wonderful. Changed the strap with no problem. Now it matches beautifully and completes the set. Great size for everyday or evening use (phone, keys, purse, mask!).”
