As advertised these tubes provide a good method of increasing the close up magnification of lenses whilst retaining the electronic connections to the camera. I particularly wanted to see if my 1990s vintage 1:2 magnification Tamron 90mm f2.5 could be made into a lifesize 1:1. This seems to work OK, but the mechanically driven autofocus does not get transmitted between the camera and the lens. However, for a macro lens this is not too major a drawback, as manual focus and/or adjusting the position of the camera is often the best method.

Although the connections are metal and feel sturdy enough so far, I am not sure that they will stand up to frequent use. The tubes are made of lightweight plastic, supported by metal connectors, again I am not sure that they will survive frequent use. I think that the tubes are overpriced for what they are, but they do the job and are cheaper than the OEM equivalents.

I have purchased sets of macro extension tubes over the years, the cheaper Chinese versions are OK for occasional use, but you have to pay for quality if used regularly.
