I have had many cameras in the past and this Nikon D750 is superb. It feels quality when you hold it and also the quality of pictures of the FX sensor are superb. I am really pleased with it. The service i get off Wilkinson cameras is also excellent.

Bought to replace a D700 and D800 both showing signs of age. So far its better than the D700 and the D800. I realise that there have been quality issues but at the moment its a worthy replacement for both older bodies. Lighter, better ISO performance, better battery life, better video just better. Very impressed.

After suffering issues with both my D700 and D800 in the same weekend I thought it was time to look for a new body. After much looking and being unable to afford a D5 or a D850 the D750 became the obvious choice. First impression out of the box were that it was small and light, in comparison to those above and a D3, but the grip felt good, almost all the buttons were in the right places and it felt like a Nikon. Although billed as a D750 I think it maybe should have been a D650 as it closely resembles that body more than the D700. But there my issues end, video shooting although no fantastic (especially the auto focus) its better than the D800 and is probably the best of the current Nikon DSLRs, except the D5. In use it sits well in my hands, I have large hands which is why I prefer the D700 etc but although more compact and lighter it sits well and has a good balance. I took it along to a first holy communion with a nifty fifty on the front, the results are what I expected and more. In lower light conditions you can get away with fast shutter, no flash and high ISO with no problem. Its better than both 8 and 700's in that regard. Focusing was smooth, accurate and fast and the modes were very good. twin 64gb SD's gave me plenty of scope for shooting a lot. This is just the first taste and 300 images later I am happy I made the right choice. I know all about the shutter issues and the lens flare, but these have been sorted, of can be. This is a fantastic camera right out of the box, it should be the first choice for anyone wanting to FX, or even just looking for an upgrade. I am looking forward to my next opportunity to get out and about with this, and will also be looking for a gig to try it out at, as music photography is my biggest love and this should be the right tool for that. Awesome camera and at this price a proper bargain. Thanks to Wilkinson Cameras for the very competitive price, the freebies and the fast delivery. Top class.
